• Wait for the confirmation e-mail and click the link. (this shouldn't take long)

Once an officer has received and read your application, it will be changed to "[RECEIVED] - Your character name". If you have been accepted then the name will be changed once again to reflect that, if it is changed to [DECLINED] then unfortunately your application has been declined.
